Private Residence Floor Plan J. Matthew Pearson, LLC designed this new 24,000 sq. ft. home to be constructed near Yorklyn, Delaware.  The home was designed for an owner with an eye for detail and a growing family.  Special attention was given to circulation patterns throughout the entire home as well as orienting the majority of the first floor rooms towards the views of the rear yard, pool area and outdoor living spaces.

Private Residence Front Elevation   This Georgian inspired front elevation utilizes a combination of stone and wood siding as well as an appropriately scaled dentiled wood cornice on the main block and smaller scaled cornice for the various wings.  Special attention was paid to all of the exterior trim details including the front porch.

Master Bathroom Renovation Greenville, Delaware   As part of an overall renovation of a Master Bedroom Suite, these interior elevations show J. Matthew Pearson's attention to design and detail of custom cabinetry and millwork.  Plans also included the reconfiguration of the adjoining Dressing Room and Closet space for both owners to improve the circulation and sight lines between the Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Dressing Rooms.
